Karole Andre abstract floral oil on canvas; signed to bottom middle; measures approximately 31-1/4" x 13-1/4" with wood frame and has a sight image of approximately 29-1/4" x 11"; brief bio attached to back of canvas. Karole Andre is a Haitian Art Company "discovery." Boris Kravitz met her in 1983 and encouraged her interest in painting. She also received inspiration and instruction from her lover, Jacques Valbrun, and quickly blossomed into an exceptional painter. Her dreamy presentations of the world around her, ranging from still life to landscapes and seascapes, have made her one of the most popular artists in the gallery.
