French, late 18th/Early 19th century. Louis XV demilune console table with painted carved wood frame with gilt floral and scrolled foliate decoration on apron. Marble top in white and grey veined marble. Table raised on four tapered and fluted legs. According to the consignor, console table with purchased from D. Travis Antiques in Atlanta, Georgia in October of 1993. Height 32.5 inches, width 43.5 inches, depth 22.7 inches. Provenance: From the Estate of Mr. Thomas V. and Mrs. Marie B. Patton, Atlanta, Georgia.
