Joseph Henry Sharp (American 1859-1953), "In the Doghouse"-1875, Signed and dated "J. H. SHARP 75" middle right. Depicting a little blonde girl in a white dress and red hat playing a drum next to a doghouse with a large St. Bernard with a bone in its mouth. Little girl appears to be acting out since she is missing her shoe and has an unkempt appearance as she plays on the ground outside. Framed 13.5 inches x 12.75 inches.
