Circa 1820. Directoire sideboard in fruitwood with ebonized diamond motif on doors. Regency sideboard of standard rectangular form with two hinged doors that open with accompanying keys in brass shield form escutcheons to reveal storage within. Hinged doors flanking center section with five pull out drawers with circular metal pulls. Two additional pull out drawers above hinged doors at far ends of unit. Sideboard raised on four tapered legs with brass capped feet. Height 38.4", width 66.5", depth 17.75". Provenance: Estate of Dr. Lineberger, Atlanta, Georgia.
