Continental, 20th century. A Rococo style entertainment cabinet on stand, the cabinet japanned in black finish and having two doors decorated with Chinoiserie figures and landscape opening to an interior fitted with a shelf over a pull out rotating slide, the giltwood stand with foliate and scroll carved apron centered with scallop shell and raised on heavily decorated acanthine cabriole legs united by a similarly carved X-shaped stretcher centered with floral filled urn and terminating in hoof feet. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 77.8", width 51" (base leg to leg), depth 31" (back leg to front leg).
