[Stock Poster] Kirkham Monarch of Mystery. Erie, Erie Litho., ca. 1945. Half-sheet (20 x 28”) color offset stock poster picturing a magician surrounded by the trappings of his trade: a duck, devil, goblins, cards, and more. Framed to an overall size of 24 ½ x 33”. A. Kirkham hailed from Michigan but eventually settled in California. He was a frequent guest on the You Asked For It! television program hosted by Art Baker, and owned and used illusions originally built for Thurston, Kellar, and Blackstone.
