963. Sailor Ventriloquist Figure. Essex, Herbert Brighton, ca. 1925. Large figure with four movements and water spitting/cigarette smoking feature. Body possibly manufactured by Insull, clothes possibly later replacements. 39” tall. Paint worn but good working condition.
