Dated June 9, 1924, Houdini writes to Rullman regarding Society of American Magicians business, saying, in part, “A Council meeting is called…at my home, as there is business of utmost importance to attend to, and immediately.” On S.A.M. Letterhead, listing Houdini as president. One 4to sheet. Boldly signed “Houdini.” Worn and thinned, with two holes; staining and closed tears at top; fair.
