Mulholland, John. John Muholland “Chinese” token. Budapest, 1932. Imitation Chinese coin with four characters on each side. Cast in copper, white enamel on obverse, red on reverse. 30mm. One of 40 pieces cast. MT 256. Mulholland wrote about these tokens, stating, “Only forty…were made. They were cast in copper by a jeweler in the Harris Bazaar, in Budapest, Hungary.” (Journal of Necromantic Numismatics, Vol. 3 No. 4).
