Soup Plate Production. New Haven, Petrie & Lewis (P&L), ca. 1915 [?]. An empty china bowl plate visibly fills with flowers or other small objects. Spring loaded trap. 9” diameter. Very good working condition. Reported by the previous owner, Bill King of Hagerstown, Maryland, as being an early product of the P&L factory in New Haven, Connecticut – possibly from the Mysto Magic era – but with no supporting documentation.
