Mimeographed sheets in three-ring binders, labeled on spine, as issued. First volume Inscribed and Signed by Hades, with a letter of introduction to the series, also signed. Very good. Covering books and magazines in English up to and including 1964, the Master Index was, according to the publisher, “the most staggering undertaking in magical history,” being “an effort to find the most functional yet inexpensive way to produce this gargantuan reference library.”
