Barnum and Bailey Lithograph Check Signed by John Ringling. 1911. Lithographed bank draft featuring portraits of P. T. Barnum and James Anthony Bailey in ornate gilt design, with lion backdrop. Barnum and Bailey was purchased by the Ringling Bros. in 1907 and operated separately from the Ringling Brothers in 1911. Drawn on Pequonnock National Bank, Bridgeport, Conn. Payable to Hotelier Albert Pick, in the amount of $651.45. Very good.
