Typescript pages, text on rectos only, with numerous corrections in the author’s hand. 4to. Very good. This is essentially the manuscript of Hall’s Old Conjuring Books, published in a slightly edited form in 1972. Old Conjuring Books was one of the first serious bibliographic studies of early English conjuring literature ever published. See next lot.
