Buchinger, Matthew. Two pieces of Matthew Buchinger ephemera. Including an engraved portrait of the celebrated “little man of Nuremburg,” and a print depicting a faux royal decree originally written by Buchinger – though he had neither hands nor feet. Handsomely framed together; 18 x 13 ½”. Both pieces circa 1800. Not examined out of frame. Buchinger was an accomplished engraver, artist, bowler, and magician, though he lacked both arms and legs.
