Red/Black Rolling Pencils. H. C. Evans & Co., Chicago IL, ca. 1932. One pencil is fair, the other is gaffed. Rolling one way with the gaffed pencil favors red and if the pencil is turned around the roll favors black. The description is on page 51 of the H.C. Evans Secret Blue Book of 1932. A reprint of the catalogue is included. Very good.
