Signed and inscribed "For Jay Marshall Because I know you can keep a secret! Fred Kaps." This dummy book was produced in an edition of 12 copies by Ken Brooke. Only one page was printed (other than the title page). It states, in part, "With the exception of these instructions, the following pages have been printed using a secret printing ink formula, KTTTY-76, requiring the reader to wear the specially prepared pair of optical lenses supplied with this book." No glasses are included with this (or any other) copy of the book.
