Vanishing Birdcage. Bridgeport Connecticut, ca. 1955. Small rectangular cage is removed from a wooden box, and then vanishes from between the magician's hands. Complete with wooden carrying case, pull and leather wrist strap. 6 ½ x 4 ¾ x 4 ¾". Hallmarked. Box and wrist strap bear signatures of former owner. Very good condition.
