Mexican, probably early 20th century. A vintage Mexican Saltillo serape blanket in two panels and double sided; joined at the center in with a woven wool polychrome pattern on a natural ground, central design depicting the Mexican coat of arms; an eagle perched on a prickly pear cactus devouring a snake within multiple stripped borders. The ends with hand tied fringes. Approximate height 52", width 76".
