Frank M. Whiting & Company (American (North Attleboro, Massachusetts), founded 1896-circa 1940). Pair of matching sterling silver weighted three light candelabra with paneled sides on candle cups joined to undulating bypass arms on a tapered shaft terminating on a panel domed circular foot with leaf tip border. Each marked on bottom with "STERLING BY FRANK M. WHITING & COMPANY" above maker's mark, above "WEIGHTED & REINFORCED" and pattern number "224". Overall approximate height 12.25", width (across arms) 10", diameter of foot 3.8".
