English, late 19th century. A matched pair of single light glass wall mounted candle sconces having a brass oval backplate mounted with rosette and spear point and mounting bracket for the single spiral twisted arm surmounted with a cut glass bobeche with saw tooth rim hung with faceted icicle spear prisms and centered with candlecup supporting the engraved hurricane shade. Approximate height of backplate 6.6", width 4.75", depth of arm 12.6".
