Hand carved figural hardwood (likely rosewood) sculpture in the form of a lohan (louhan) depicting standing and resting a bare foot on a twisted root wood staff, exposed chest with pronounced ribcage, bat (symbol of prosperity) resting on foreground, man with closed eyes, open mouth, facial hair and rounded cheeks.
