Chinese, likely 19th century Qing Dynasty (1644-1912). A petite but thickly potted porcelain vase or urn of octagonal form with narrow foot, bulbous body, and tall constricted neck, the foot wiht a band of lappets surmounted by a four-clawed dragon in flight amid cloud scrolls, the shoulder with a band of meandering floral vines and two tiger's head mask handles, the tall neck with geometric bands, the whole in underglaze blue on white ground. Unmarked. Approximate height 11", diameter 8".
