English, early 19th century. Late Regency William IV rosewood mirror back pier table having an Irish green rectangular marble top over a paneled frieze centered by an anthemion motif flanked by patera at the corners supported to the front by cabriole legs carved at knee with acanthus and terminating on paw feet, the back with a petticoat mirror raised on a concave plinth base. Approximate height 38.25", width 36.12", depth 12".
