Baker Furniture Co. (American, founded 1903), circa 1970s. A country French style commode or chest in cerused oak having a serpentine molded top over conforming case with three drawers and gilt metal pulls over a scroll carved apron raised on scrolled toes. Top drawer mounted to interior with Baker Furniture tag. Approximate height 34.12", width 48", depth 18.12".
