English, first half of 18th century. A fine Queen Anne walnut settee English, circa 1720. A fine George I walnut upholstered settee having a rectangular shaped and padded back issuing outscrolled arms terminating in eagle heads enclosing the padded seat and raised on three front cabriole legs terminating on pad feet. The back and seat covered in flame stitch upholstery. Approximate height 42.75", width 59.25" (eagle head to eagle head), seat depth 20", seat height 18".
