Mills Novelty Company (American (Illinois), founded 1891), early 20th century. Penny coin operated lollipop floor scale, white painted porcelain over iron, having a lollipop shaped glazed face reading 'YOUR EXACT WEIGHT' centered with a shaped mirror, the neck with silver mounted plaque 'DO YOU WEIGH WHAT YOU SHOULD SEE TABLE ABOVE" raised on a stop fluted turned column with rectangular base fitted with scale. Both back plates intact with key. Approximate height 75", width 22", depth 26.5".
