Henry Walton (American 1820-1870) , pair of watercolor portraits of Jepther Lee, aged 74 years , and Esther Lee, aged 74 years , dated 1838 , the gentleman standing on a garden path with a watch fob and a scarf in hand while wearing hoop earrings, the woman seated in a chair holding a book and handkerchief, signed lower right, each image - 9 3/4" x 7 3/4". Exhibited at the Herbert F. Johnson Museum of Art, Cornell University - Artist of Ithaca: Henry Walton and His Odyssey, May 1988 - January 1989.
