Towle Silversmiths (American (Massachusetts), founded 1882). A three piece sterling silver tea service in the Symphony pattern (1931-1996) and comprising a tea pot, lidded sugar, and creamer, each with bulbous body with flower blossom motif to lower portion of body, raised on a disc foot, and having scrolling handles with bone accents, the sugar and pot with acorn finials to lid. Each piece to underside inscribed "Symphony by Towle", "STERLING" over "76310" pattern number, and "PATENT APPLIED FOR". Teapot approximate height 11.75", spout to handle 9.5". Creamer approximate height 6.25", spout to handle 4.75". Sugar approximate height 6.25", width across handles 7.25". Total approximate weight 55.1 troy ounces.
