20th century. Large bronze classical style garden sculpture depicting a joyful young nude male, possibly a water deity, with short hair wearing a laurel leaf and berry wreath on head, blowing through an animal horn, flowers and seaweed draped across leg and groin, one leg lifting in dance, the other standing and balancing on large conch shell on a circular base, lovely weathered rust and verdi gras patina throughout. Sculpture with hollowed interior to accommodate use as fountain. Overall approximate height 51".
