Zoia Schmitter-Kasprikova (Czechoslovakian, 20th century), "Pražské Variace (Prague Variations)", modern hand woven art tapestry, label on verso from Art Protis with pencil signed signature of artist, date of completion, title and "No. 4759". Hanging textile depicting a European city scene with architecture rendered in greens, reds, and navy blue. Overall measures approximately 40" x 25". Note: On October 5th, 1970, The Chicago Tribune printed an article that highlighted the art tapestries created by Zoia Kasprikova and her sister Sarka Benes.
