French, first half 19th century. A transitional Louis XV to Louis XVI style marble top distressed oak console table of typical Rococo form with two inswept legs joined with rocaille stretcher above scroll feet, with serpentine legs joined at top by c-scroll and acanthus scrolled apron with leaf scroll medallion to center of front flanked by conforming imbricative cartouches under a serpentine edge overall with remnants of polychrome, surmounted by pink, gray, and white marble top with serpentine sides and front. Approximate overall height 30.625", width 32", depth 19.5". Provenance: Linda Horsley Antiques, Atlanta, Georgia, whereby acquired by a Private Collection, Atlanta, Georgia.
