Probably French, 20th century. Provincial style fruitwood bench made commode having a serpentine molded top over a conforming case with two short paneled drawers over three long paneled drawers above a scrolling apron centered with carved shell and terminating on scrolled toes. Branded mark to the back 'Jean Laick', impressed 'T 034'. Approximate height 34.25", width 51.5", depth 21.6".
