Group of two heavy life size lead animal garden sculptures in the form of greyhounds or whippets - one standing, the other resting and laying on ground, each with pleasant and alert facial expression, each with weathered grey patina, unsigned. Standing greyhound dog modeled after a sculpture of Eos, a female greyhound particularly adored by Prince Albert and Queen Elizabeth sculpted by John Francis (English, 1780-1861) and housed on grounds of Osborne House, Isle of Wight, United Kingdom. Standing dog approximate height 29.25", width 8.5", depth 38.75". Resting dog approximate height 19.5", width 14.125", depth 51.25".
