English, first quarter of 20th century, circa 1810. Late George III period mahogany wood serpentine sideboard with marquetry inlaid decoration throughout depicting ribboned trailing bell flowers, and fans on jambs and door fronts, banded top above long pull out central drawer above undulating apron, side doors hinged with storage within, oval string inlay surrounding oval hardware pulls with drop bale handles, locks marked with "SECURE HARDWARE DOUBLE LEVER", supported on square tapered legs terminating on spade feet. Overall approximate height 37.7", width 72.25", depth 27". Provenance: Walker McIntyre Antiques, Atlanta, Georgia whereby acquired by a Private Collection in Atlanta, Georgia.
