Curtis Jere (American, 20th century), circa 1977. Modern "Crane" architectural floor lamp of monumental scale with two cylindrical white porcelain electrified light sockets, each surrounded by four black and chrome adjustable barn door shades or booms. Lamps at the end of an adjustable and cantilevered tapered triangular chrome plated steel support (signed on end "C. Jere 1977" in black) recalling construction or architectural cranes used in building above a similar shaped triangular support with suspension wires joined to black enamel coated steel six legged radiating base with capped ends. Overall approximate height 80.5", width 98.5", depth 28.5".
