Scarce horizontally-aligned, hand woven, Gothic figural tapestry textile panel depicting three scenes divided by undulating ribbon banderoles with textual inscriptions in Germanic language. Central scene of work portraying a young woman in pink gown and crown, presumably a queen or other member of royalty, walking in a wooded forest amid trees with birds perched in branches, looking back at man riding on horse (presumably the king) beside another male attendant or servant, young child walking toward thicket of trees playing musical instrument announcing arrival, left portraying queen and king beside young child on white pony with attendants; right section with three figures with woman in pink dress and white veil at center flanked by two men. Overall measures approximately 39.25" x 72".
