Italian, Late 19th/Early 20th century. Carved and stained wood frame armchair with seat and back upholstered in leopard animal print fabric, frame with twisting rocaille crest above shaped back, scrolled arms with leaf tip motif above seat with serpentine front with rocaille and C-scroll decorated apron supported on two cabriole legs at front with scrolled and foliate knees terminating on stylized ball and claw feet, back pad feet, legs joined by undulating H form stretcher. Unmarked. Approximate height 43.5", width (across arms) 24", depth 23.75", seat to floor 19.25".
