Queen Anne Maple and Mahogany Veneer Dressing Table, Massachusetts, c. 1730-40, with molded overhanging top veneered in four figured maple panels bordered by walnut crossbanding, on a double arch-molded case of five drawers with similar veneer, the valanced skirt with turned acorn drops joining cabriole legs ending in pad feet on platforms, brasses appear original, old surface, (minor restoration), ht. 29, case wd. 29, case dp. 16 in. Provenance: A Boston area collection. Estimate $4,000-6,000 top off and on - with new glue blocks on underside and patches over pins on top.
