Large English Tin-glazed Earthenware Punch Bowl, second quarter 18th century, with elaborate blue and white chinoiserie decoration, ht. 7 1/2, dia. 13 3/4 in. Provenance: Matthew & Elisabeth Sharpe. Estimate $600-800 There is a fine hairline crack extending from the rim to close to the base. Areas of glaze loss and roughness to the rim, but no obvious chips in the body or evidence of repair.
