Large Turned Burl Bowl, America, 19th century, the thin walled bowl with double ring decoration and low turned foot, ht. 6 1/4, dia. 16 1/2 in. Provenance: David Good/Jim Johnston. Estimate $600-800 There is heavy utensil wear in the bowl, and very minor cracks in the grain at the rim. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
