Paint-decorated Chest over Two Drawers, New England, early 19th century, with bold decoration in yellow, red, and dark green, beaded top above a well with till, two drawers and cutout base below, (shrinkage crack in top), ht. 36 1/4, wd. 43 1/4, dp. 16 3/4 in. Estimate $400-600 crack in top, paint wear around base and edges. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
