English, 20th century. Set of six carved, turned and stained oak wood ladderback dining chairs comprising of two arm chairs and four side chairs. Each with five shaped slats on ladderback above woven rush seat supported on block supports, engraved rings on legs terminating on pad feet raised on ball supports, turned wood cross support at front on box stretcher. Side chair approximate height 39", width 18.125", depth 18.5", seat to floor 18.5". Armchair approximate height 42", width (across the arms) 23.5", depth 21.75", seat to floor 19".
