Three Early Staffordshire Toby Jugs, England, late 18th/early 19th century, a hearty good fellow, a drunken sailor with mug reading "Success to our Wooden Walls," and a Bacchus, (restoration), ht. to 12 in. Estimate $400-600 Bacchus with flakes to rim to base, abrasions to head, wooden walls with heavy restoration to body and hat, flakes to base, last with abrasions to hands, inpainting, and wear to decoration.
