Unsigned, identified on an unattributed inventory label affixed to the stretcher, numbered "G-46" on the tacking edge, marked "G 46," "G 263-34," and "31892-A" in black crayon and ink on the stretcher. Oil on canvas, 34 1/2 x 49 5/8 in., unframed. Condition: Canvas rippling and deformation, weakened or missing tacking edges, paint losses, area of possible mold to sky on left side at the horizon line, staining, surface grime.
