Finn Juhl (1912-1989) by France & Son Desk, Denmark, c. 1965, teak and aluminum, canted legs, ht. 28 1/2, wd. 70 1/2, dp. 31 1/2 in. Note: Finn Juhl was a Danish architect, interior and industrial designer, most well-known for his furniture design. He was one of the leading figures in the creation of "Danish Design" in the 1940s and he was the designer who introduced Danish Modern to America. Estimate $500-700 Bottom drawer does not close flush to case, wear to back right corner of top, small finish stain to right side of top, minor abrasions and pitting to aluminum mounts.
