Catherine Benoît (Canadian, b. 1978) Studio Art Glass Bowl, Quebec, Canada, bowl with gently scalloped rim in shades of lime green, incised artist's signature, approx. ht. 4 1/2, dia. 17 in. Note: Originally from the Eastern Townships, Catherine Benoît was born in 1978 and has been glass-blowing since the age of 8. After exploring several different mediums at the Cégep de Sherbrooke, she left for Montreal, where in 2002 she graduated from the Center des Métiers du Verre du Québec.
