Dehua Wine Pot and Cover, China, Kangxi style, cylindrical form with applied chilong-inspired handle and spout, decorated with a molded two-string ribbon around the center, the cover with a lion-head knob, ht. 5 7/8 in. Provenance: From a Maine estate. Purchased at Parke-Bernet 1972. Estimate $700-900 multiple chips, particularly to cover rim, surface dirt, some glazing flaws.
