Walker Evans (American, 1903-1975) Belmont, Massachusetts, 1931. Inscribed "Walker Evans" u.l. and dated "31" l.r., both in pencil, on the verso. Gelatin silver print, 4 1/4 x 5 3/4 in. (11.4 x 14.6 cm), matted, unframed. Condition: Mounted to paperboard, silvering to dark areas, yellowing, abrasion to l.l. corner, minor scratches to the emulsion.
