Howard & Co./Makers/Boston," movement with heavy brass plates, rear outboard winding drum, maintaining power, Geneva stop, engraved escapement bridge, jeweled escape wheel, pallet pivots and deadbeat faces, regulated by a four-jar mercury pendulum stamped on bridge "2161/19," and powered by a single brass-cased weight, ht. 80 in. Provenance: Norfolk Southern Railway.
