Footed Silver Tray, possibly America, late 18th century, the oval tray with finely reeded rim and four feet, the center of the tray marked "IL" in a sunken cartouche, wd. 7 1/8 in., approx. 6.0 troy oz. Estimate $100-150 Foot rim slightly bent / doesn't sit flat, two small dents to the left side of the inscription. Area of restoration to foot, unobtrusive from exterior. Engraving removal to area just above inscription, unobtrusive from exterior/ silver suface slightly weaker. Items may have wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
